Dr. John P. Cole, MD is an experienced hair transplant surgeon who is considered a pioneer as well as expert due to his research, development of state of the art treatment methods and instruments and educational work in the field. Dr. Cole performs both “Follicular Unit Extraction” (FUE) as well as “Follicular Unit Transplantation” (FUT or “strip harvesting”) procedures.

Dr. Cole received his medical degree in 1985 from the Medical College of Georgia. He also received a post graduate degree from the University of Missouri with a specialization in internal medicine. Dr. Cole has devoted his practice to hair transplant surgery since 1990.

Dr. Cole holds international recognition outside of the United States for in addition to his surgical expertise, his inventions of specialized surgical tools tailored to advance patient results.
